1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the iOS app CandleArc. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Service
CandleArc lets you record and review candle burn time, scent, mood, ratings, and notes on your device.
3. Free version
The free version supports up to five candles. Limits may change in future versions, but saved user data will not be removed without notice.
4. CandleArc Pro
CandleArc Pro is a non-renewing, one-time in-app purchase. It unlocks unlimited candles and full burn insights.
- The purchase price appears on the Apple confirmation screen and is charged to your Apple Account when confirmed.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's applicable procedures and policies.
5. Candle safety
CandleArc is a journaling aid, not a fire detector, safety device, or monitoring service. Keep a burning candle within sight, away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and follow the manufacturer's label. Never rely on a notification alone.
6. Prohibited use
You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
8. Apple standard terms
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
