I forgot to stop the timer
An active timer keeps its start time when the app closes. Return to CandleArc and choose “Stop and save.” You can edit the session times afterward in Insights.
I did not receive a notification
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → CandleArc and make sure notifications are allowed. Notifications are only an aid. Always keep a burning candle within sight.
What is included with Pro?
The free version supports up to five candles. CandleArc Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited candles and full burn insights.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings → CandleArc Pro → Restore Purchases in the app. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
How do I delete my data?
Delete candles and sessions in the app. Removing CandleArc from your iPhone also removes the data stored by the app on that device.
